Under the direction of the Department of Academic Affairs, the Office of Pupil Services is a consolidation of all programs and services that support students and families. The personnel in this office research, evaluate, and implement the best academic, emotional, and social course of action for each student. Through their leadership, advocacy, data collection and analysis, and delivery of programs and services, the professionals in this office will provide the best possible educational experience and ensure the well-being of every student. This vertical alignment creates a strong network of support for all students as we realize our number one goal…every student achieves educational success.

This office oversees the following: English as a Second Language Services, Gifted Services, Special Needs Preschool Services, and Special Education Services.


Additionally, this office provides the following services:

Mental Health Services
A selected group of trained professionals who are dispatched to impacted district sites to provide counseling and consultation services to persons in need in the event of a crisis.

504 Case Management
Consultation with various educational personnel and parents to ensure the implementation of Section 504 of the Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
